E’ morto all’età di 91 anni Hal David, paroliere di canzoni di grande successo scritte con il musicista Burt Bacharach. Alcuni dei pezzi più celebri di David sono "Magic Moments", “Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head“ (Oscar per il film "Butch Cassidy"), “Do You Know the Way to San Jose”, “What the World Needs Now Is Love”, “I Say a Little Prayer“ e "I’ll Never Fall In Love Again" dal musical "Promises, Promises", “(There’s) Always Something There to Remind Me”, “One Less Bell to Answer”, “Anyone Who Had a Heart", "Walk on by", "Close to you". E poi "We Have All the Time In the World" scritta con John Barry e portata al successo da Louis Armstrong.
