Consegnati a Los Angeles al Dolby Theatre nella serata condotta quest’anno da Neil Patrick Harris i premi Oscar 2015. Completamente snobbato il musical prodotto dalla Disney "Into the Woods", trionfa con 4 statuette il film ambientato a Broadway "Birdman, diretto da Alejandro G. Inarritu. L’Italia festeggia per il quarto Oscar a Milena Canonero, questa volta per "Grand Budapest Hotel".
