Sutton Foster ed il cast del revival londinese del musical “Anything Goes” sono stati ospiti del programma “The One Show” della BBC dove hanno eseguito il brano di Cole Porter che dà il titolo allo spettacolo. Anything Goes sarà in scena al Barbican Theatre dal 23 luglio al 17 ottobre. la Foster, che torna al ruolo già interpretato con grande successo a Broadway nel 2011, sostituisce l’infortunata Megan Mullally. La regia è di Kathleen Marshall. Nel cast Robert Lindsay nei panni di Moonface Martin. Con loro anche Felicity Kendal e Gary Wilmot. Ambientato a bordo di un transatlantico, Anything Goes include, tra le altre, le hit “You’re the Top”, “Blow, Gabriel, Blow”, “It’s De-Lovely”, “I Get a Kick Out of You” e “Anything Goes” . Il musical resterà in scena fino al 17 ottobre. Per Sutton Foster, che dal 20 dicembre affiancherà Hugh Jackman in “The Music Man” a Broadway, si tratta di un debutto nel West End.
